About Me.
I am a mother, senior leader, coach, mentor and facilitator.
Having held several leadership roles within Higher Education over the past 15 years I can relate to the competing pressures on time women in leadership roles face. I love working with people and my values of equity, diversity and inclusivity underpin my approach to leadership as well as coaching. I am quite goal oriented and am known for ‘making things happen’ and enabling others to perform at their very best. I am naturally optimistic and hopeful and bring a touch of humour to my practices.
I specialise in leadership and career coaching and mentor mothers in senior leadership positions across industries. I develop and facilitate engaging, interactive, and fun group events which leave individuals and groups feeling empowered and enabled to take action.
My qualifications and credentials include:
Certified Cultural Intelligence Trainer & Promoter
Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching
PhD in Second Language Acquisition
Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
Excellence in Teaching Award
Excellence Award in Inclusive Teaching
I am a member of the Association for Coaching.
I coach and facilitate in English and Danish.
What I found particularly helpful about the coaching was the non-judgmental support and skill of the coach. Ritta was always happy, smiling, friendly and had suggestions of things to try, particularly when I couldn’t see a way through – I was just in a cloud of confusion. She really made a difference.
